Even though open access materials are free for all, library users continue to request them through interlibrary loan. ILL staff are able to provide a service to users and a cost savings for their libraries by utilizing these materials. In this presentation, I will demonstrate open access resources that all libraries can use to fill interlibrary loan requests. I will also briefly discuss possible workflows for handling requests for open access materials.en_US
